- All activities, requests, and usage that occur under your account.
- Any liability or misuse arising from the sharing or unauthorized exposure of your API key.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Ravonix exclusively for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are strictly prohibited from using the service to:
- Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.
- Engage in any activity that harms, threatens, or exploits individuals or entities.
- Abuse, harass, stalk, or otherwise violate the legal rights of others.
- Attempt to interfere with, hack, damage, or overload the platform's infrastructure or security measures.
5. API Usage Limits
To ensure fair usage and system stability for all users, Ravonix applies specific usage limits, including:
- Requests per minute (RPM).
- Tokens per minute (TPM).
- Total monthly usage quotas defined by your specific subscription plan.
6. Service Availability
While we strive to maintain maximum uptime and reliability for Ravonix, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Access to the service may be temporarily suspended or restricted due to:
- Scheduled or emergency maintenance.
- Platform updates and optimizations.
- Third-party provider disruptions or technical failures.
7. Third-Party Services
Ravonix integrates with and relies upon third-party providers (such as OpenAI and Google) to process and generate AI-driven responses. You acknowledge that Ravonix is not responsible for:
- Service downtime or latency originating from these third-party providers.
- Modifications or deprecations of features within third-party services.
- Inherent limitations or errors in the outputs provided by these external models.
8. Content Responsibility
You maintain full responsibility for the data you transmit to Ravonix and the subsequent application of the generated responses. You acknowledge that AI-generated outputs:
- May not always be accurate, complete, or factually correct.
- Should be verified for suitability before being used in production or for critical purposes.
- Are subject to the content policies of both Ravonix and our underlying model providers.
9. No Professional Advice
Ravonix outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be treated as, professional advice (including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or technical advice). You are solely responsible for independently verifying any important information before relying on it.
10. Subscription Plans
Ravonix offers various subscription plans with different usage limits, features, and pricing tiers. Plan details are displayed on our website and are subject to modification over time. You are responsible for selecting the plan that best aligns with your requirements and usage needs.
11. Payments and Billing
All payments for paid features must be made in advance. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the listed price along with any applicable taxes. You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date payment information within your account settings.
12. Refund Policy
Refunds are only available if your plan usage is at exactly 0% (no tokens consumed). If your usage is 0%, you may request a refund within a reasonable timeframe after purchase. Please note that approved refunds will be issued for a maximum of 95% of the purchase price, or less, after deductions for applicable taxes and platform processing fees.
Once any tokens have been used, the purchase becomes entirely non-refundable. Unused tokens are not refundable under any circumstances, and you are responsible for utilizing your allocated tokens before your plan expires.
13. Token Usage Responsibility
All plans include a fixed allocation of tokens. It is your responsibility to manage and utilize these tokens within the designated plan period. Ravonix is not responsible for:
- Unused tokens at the end of a billing cycle.
- Expiration of plans and subsequent loss of access.
- Inefficient usage management.
14. Service Modifications
Ravonix is committed to continuous improvement. We reserve the right to update, modify, or enhance our service at any time. These changes may affect:
- Available features and dashboard functionality.
- API and SDK behaviors and specifications.
- Internal quotas and system limits.
15. Model Availability
The AI models and capabilities available through Ravonix are subject to change. Models may be added, modified, limited, or removed without prior notice based on performance, provider availability, or technical requirements. Ravonix does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific AI model.
16. Pricing and Token Changes
Subscription prices, token allocations, and plan limits are subject to change at our discretion. Factors influencing such changes include:
- Adjustments in third-party provider pricing (e.g., OpenAI, Google).
- Changes in infrastructure and operational costs.
- Evolving business requirements.
17. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to our services if you:
- Violate any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Abuse the API or attempt to bypass established usage limits.
- Engage in harmful, illegal, or unauthorized activities.
18. Fair Use Policy
All Ravonix plans are subject to a fair usage policy. Excessive abuse, automated exploitation, or deliberate attempts to circumvent system constraints may result in:
- Temporary restrictions on account activity.
- Reduction of available limits.
- Permanent account suspension.
19. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Ravonix platform—including but not limited to the website, API, SDKs, documentation, branding, logos, and underlying software—are and will remain the exclusive property of Ravonix. You are strictly prohibited from:
- Copying, reproducing, or redistributing any portion of the service.
- Reselling access to Ravonix without explicit written authorization.
- Using Ravonix branding or trademarks without prior approval.
20. License to Use the Service
Ravonix grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the service for your personal or commercial projects in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to:
- Resell Ravonix as a competing service or platform.
- Develop a commercial API wrapper around Ravonix's core functionality.
- Offer Ravonix's services under your own branding without explicit partnership approval.

You retain full ownership of the prompts, data, and content you transmit to Ravonix. By using our service, you grant Ravonix the necessary permissions to:
- Process your requests and generate AI responses.
- Temporarily store data as required for system functionality and security.
- Analyze usage patterns for the purpose of abuse prevention and service optimization.
22. Privacy and Data Handling

23. Indemnification

Actual usage will vary based on multiple factors, including:
- The complexity and length of individual prompts.
- The depth of conversation history transmitted.
- Specific model behaviors and response lengths.
- The efficiency of your system design and implementation.
27. Per-Chat and Player Estimates Disclaimer
Guidance regarding "cost per chat," "tokens per request," or "player capacity per plan" is provided for informational purposes only. These values are not contractual guarantees and are subject to change based on evolving usage patterns and model optimizations. You are solely responsible for monitoring your actual consumption and selecting a subscription plan that adequately supports your application's specific requirements.
28. Responsibility for Usage Optimization
As the developer or account owner, you are responsible for the efficient design of your application, including prompt engineering and data transmission strategies. Ravonix is not liable for:
- Excessive token consumption resulting from inefficient prompt design.
- Higher than expected usage due to specific implementation choices.
- Lack of usage optimization within your software.
29. No Guarantee of Performance Metrics
Any statements regarding platform performance—including speed, latency, scalability, or user capacity—represent best-effort targets rather than absolute guarantees. Actual performance metrics may be influenced by network conditions, third-party provider status, system load, and your specific implementation. Ravonix does not guarantee specific performance outcomes or response times.
30. Marketing and Informational Content Disclaimer
Marketing materials, pricing guides, and general website content are intended to describe the service broadly and provide helpful guidance. Such content does not constitute a legally binding guarantee and may be updated without notice. The definitive terms governing your relationship with Ravonix are exclusively those contained within this Terms & Conditions document.
31. Account Information Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the account registration process and to keep such information updated. Providing false or misleading data may lead to the immediate suspension or termination of your account.
32. Account Sharing
Ravonix accounts are intended for use by a single individual or organization. You are strictly prohibited from selling, renting, or sharing your account access with unauthorized third parties.
33. API Key Rotation
You are responsible for the proactive management of your security credentials. If you suspect that an API key has been leaked or compromised, you must rotate or regenerate it immediately via your dashboard. Ravonix is not liable for any damages resulting from exposed or improperly managed keys.
34. Security Responsibility
You agree to implement reasonable security measures within your own systems, applications, and integrations when using Ravonix. We are not responsible for vulnerabilities or data breaches occurring within your independent software environment.
35. Abuse Prevention
Ravonix employs automated systems to detect and mitigate abuse, fraud, or suspicious activity. Accounts identified as high-risk or potentially fraudulent may be temporarily restricted or flagged for manual review.

46. Promotional Usage
Unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing, Ravonix may identify you as a customer and display your company name or logo in our marketing materials and on our website.
47. Trial and Free Usage
Free tiers and trial periods are subject to stricter usage limits and may be modified, limited, or discontinued at any time without prior notification.
48. Multiple Accounts
The creation of multiple accounts by a single user or entity to bypass rate limits, quotas, or pricing restrictions is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
49. Fraud Prevention
Any attempt to manipulate our pricing systems, payment gateways, or token allocation mechanisms will result in immediate account termination and potential legal escalation.
50. Chargebacks
Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may lead to the permanent suspension of your account and the loss of all associated data and service access.
51. Support Scope
Technical support is provided on a best-effort basis according to your subscription tier. We do not guarantee specific response times or resolutions unless otherwise defined in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA).
52. Priority Support
Priority support tiers offer expedited handling of inquiries but do not guarantee immediate resolution. Resolution times depend on the complexity of the reported issue.

Ravonix shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, widespread internet outages, or governmental actions.
